JEFFREY D. ZIMMERMAN, B.S., J.D.

Jeffrey Zimmerman (Jeff) practiced law for 44 years in the areas of business and real estate law.  He received his undergraduate degree in 1974 from Fort Hays Kansas State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas in 1977.  Jeff has served as general counsel to several corporations.  He also served as president of two corporations in the real estate finance business. Jeff is a graduate of the Kauffman Foundation Center for Entrepreneurial Studies Fast Track Entrepreneurial Training Program.   He is well versed in all areas of real estate and business finance.   He has participated in several real estate developments and businesses as a principal.  He has been associated with Municipal Development & Funding since 2014.
